What it's like here

You own something end to end

There's no layer of people between you and what you're building. You'll talk to creators, read the traces, and ship the fix yourself.

Small scope, held properly

Five things a creator can rely on beats thirty they have to check. Saying no to scope is part of everyone's job here, not just the founders'.

We write things down

Decisions live in documents with the reasoning attached, so a call made in August still makes sense in March. If it isn't written down, it isn't decided.

The gate isn't negotiable

Nothing reaches an audience without a person approving that exact version. If a feature can't be built inside that constraint, we don't build it.

The practical part

Remote-first, with real overlap
Work where you are. We hold a few hours of overlap with US Eastern so decisions don't take three days.
Meaningful equity
Everyone who joins early holds a real stake, with the terms explained in plain language before you sign anything.
Hardware and tools without a queue
The machine you want, the model access you need, and no approval process for a tool that makes your week better.
Time that's actually off
Paid leave with a floor rather than a ceiling, and an on-call rota that's staffed instead of assumed.

How hiring works

    You write to us

    A short note and something you've built. No cover letter, and we don't need a full CV to start talking.

  2. 02

    A conversation

    45 minutes with someone who does the work. What you want to build, what we're building, whether those overlap.

  3. 03

    A real problem

    A paid exercise from our actual backlog, or a walkthrough of something you've already shipped. Your call, and it's never unpaid spec work.

  4. 04

    A decision

    You meet the rest of the team. We make an offer or we don't, and either way you hear why within two days.
